Project overview
The product
7-Eleven is the largest convenience store chain in the world. There are currently around 58,500 7-Eleven stores across the world, serving customers in 17 countries including Japan, Australia, Canada, Taiwan, Mexico, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Sweden and China. To date, 7-Eleven in the Philippines is 3000+ stores.
The goal
Redesign the 7-Eleven website to increase brand reputation and awareness and improve the customer experience. Help users who are returning and new users navigate and browse in the website easily.
Research
Before we start the project, we meet the Project Manager and the Stakeholders. We conduct a simple interview to know the expections and insights on what to expect on the new website. We’ve identified some of the problems and address it to the new website.
Research findings:
• Site architecture not organized
• Use of fixed width
• Branding not matched with 7-Eleven U.S.
• Corporate site not within the main site
• Need overall design refresh

High-Fidelity Design
High Fidelity Prototype
To present the mockup, get and document comments from the team, I use MarvelApp. A design that closely matches the look and feel of the final product and demonstrates functionality.
Hand over to Developer
We collaborate with the Developer using Zeplin. Developers have the ability to get the exact CSS or style to put in the website. This will give accurate values and download all the reusable components.
