Project overview
The product
CLiQQ App is the official 7-Eleven Philippines mobile app for CLiQQ WiFi, Rewards and Payments. CLiQQ Rewards is a loyalty rewards program where you earn points by presenting your loyalty barcode every time you buy at 7-Eleven. CLiQQ Wallet is 7-Eleven Philippines’ mobile wallet. Use your mobile phone to pay in store, quickly and convenient, you even earn points at the same time!
The goal
We wanted to update to elevate the experience of the user as we scale. We wanted to be relevant and up to date when in comes to design.
Research
I conducted a research using Heuristic Evaluation by Jakob Nielsen. This is to examine the interface and judge its compliance with recognized usability principles. They are called "heuristics" because they are broad rules of thumb and not specific usability guidelines.
Research findings:
The information architecture does not direct users to a single focus on the application.
The use of tooltip icon “?” to show the description increases the complexity of decision-making process for our users.
Redeem button looks like a status n a button.

Paper Wireframe
I started making paper wireframe, a fastest and inexpensive way to get the idea out. They are useful to test initial ideas early and quickly, focus on the important things and quickly modified, even during a session
High Fidelity Prototype
In this project I used MarvelApp to show detailed version of design that closely match the look and feel of the final product.
